Where to find TV show moved from iTunes to iPhone 4

I have an iPhone 4 connected to my work PC and wanted to see if I could move a TV show to it - I downloaded it from Tivo to my Mac at home, converted it to an .m4v with Handbrake so I could view it on my iPhone, put it in Dropbox, then moved it from Dropbox to my iTunes account on my PC at work. I then selected that particular show to sync to my iPhone - however, I can't seem to find the show on my iPhone at all. Where do I need to look for it?

Have you used Searchlight to search for TV show...?

Normally they show up under videos but as said before do a spotlight search to see if you can find it.

Thank you so much! I did the Spotlight search and it was in my Videos - I had just forgotten I had a Videos app because I had put it inside a larger "Entertainment" folder with a bunch of other apps a year ago when I got the phone and never used it.
