    iphone 4 3g net & hotspot

    Hi,I use iphone 4 (4.3.3 jailbreak)
    i come to Usa from Turkey 1 week ago. I used Tr Turkcell line and my connection always 3g speed in Turkey. Thats all standart packet for users. And than i used the hotspot. But when i come to Usa and bought t-mobile line, they said "t-mobile not support 3g for iphone"!!!!!! I suprized!!! I asked the at&t and they said "you will pay extra for hotspot" !!!
    Finally how can i use 3g internet and hotspot ??? Please help me. !!!!!!
