    Otterbox defender

    I have had a defender case on my iPhone 4 for the last 6 months. There are a couple scratches on the screen protector so I wrote their customer service. Within 20 minutes I had a reply that said it is covered under warranty and they are shipping me a new one tonight. I have never seen or heard of that kind of customer service before so I thought I would share with everyone here.

    Yep...their customer service is top notch. In my thread just below yours (asking for alternatives to the Defender case), I mentioned likewise. They replaced mine with no questions asked. Just not happy with the "performance" of their current model
