iPhone 4 Case Review Thread

I got another Belkin Grip Vue since my clear one turned like a brown color but this one is the "Black Pearl color". I won it on ebay at a price of $9.00 so I bought it. I'm rocking the free apple bumper but when I get tired I'll swap it out...

Here it is, I can't seem to find ACTUAL pics of it anywhere online just the fake type of what it supposed to look like on the belkin website....

That's how my clear belkin grip vue looked when I got it new. Mine has now turned a brown color....

Love the Speck Candy Shell, just wish they would get all the colors available. The one I want is still not available anywhere and I'm not paying $30 for a runner-up color.

i was looking into the invisible sheild, which is a great idea except its a sticker and they always start peeling off on the edges and dont protect it from serious scrapes or a possible drop. Hard case all the way! More protection. I can be kind of clumsy sometimes...

Just received my OtterBox Defender for my iPhone 4 .... Very nice! I used them on my iPhone 3gs as well and this new one has much better styling though I wish it still had the membranes over the speaker holes. I never have liked the plastic belt clips as they always seem to break no matter what case so I use a leather Treo horizonal belt case to hold the phone in.

I am always outdoors so I feel relieved now that my 4 is protected with a defender case.

I received my Speck Tartan free case yesterday and I have to say, I really like it. I especially like that the edges are rounded and feel much better in my hand than the angular edges of the cheap Fommy.com case I was using. I wish it was a little more colorful, but I'm surprized at how sharp the all black looks. I can live with it until the "right" case presents itself. I may come in and post some pictures once hubby gets home and I can take a few with his phone.

ETA: Tried to take pics but with the lighting around here it just looks like a black bumper from the front and the back you can't really see the pattern. It's a 2 piece case, front snaps onto the back, but the pieces fit tight and don't seem to be collecting any dust or dirt. I dropped my phone on a wood kitchen floor and it just bounced, no harm done.
