About LinkBacksok i just got done jailbreaking an iphone 3g ; so now i am ready to step up to an iphone 4 . Can i use redsnow to do this and is the procedure the same as the iphone 3g ??

I'm a little confused, here. You asked this question, it was answered - then you asked again.
So, yes, there are simple ways to jailbreak the iPhone 4, the way pointed out to you above or by using Absinthe. Here is the link to the tutorial for Absinthe: How to Jailbreak Your iPhone Using Absinthe 2.0.4 (Windows) [5.1.1]

ok guys i got my iphone4 jailbroken but i am not happy with its performance ; so what else can i do and how do i remove the Cydia app ??
