About LinkBacksHi there, I have a iPhone 4 running 6.0.1 on Straight Talk. My data works but my MMS doesn't even after changing my APN settings. Anyone know how to fix this without doing the T-Mobile SIM trick?

APN Settings normally only fix data. To fix the MMS issue, you might have to jailbreak your device in order to do so.

For the iPhone 4 and lower jailbreaking and downloading an APN editing app through Cydia was the best way I did it. I'm currently using ST on my iPhone 5 and the only method is the tmobile sim swap and editing apn settings through it. The jailbreak is still semi tethered though on the iPhone 4 so it's not that bad.
