How do I retrieve or recover purchased ringtones on my updated iPhone4?

Recently updated my iPhone to ios5
When I updated I lost all my purchased ringtones.. I can't figure out how to recover them...
Please help me!

For ringtones you have purchased click iTunes from phone then go to purchased and it will come up with music, videos & ringtones purchased

If you cannot get previously purchased ringtones on your iPhone 4, then you should go to iTunes and do it manually. Right-click on iTunes, create a playlist and transfer the ringtones that you want to play onto the playlist. It is from this play list that you can now play all the ringtones that you want.
