Restore Iphone 3G bb 06.15.00

First let me say hello to all members.

I have an iPhone 3G iOS 4.1 bb 06.15.00 jailbroken and unlocked with Ultrasn0w.
Now I'm experiencing problems with my display, it is white but it works, I can answer calls.
I want to restore or to update to iOS 4.2 but I'm afraid I will lose my unlock.

If anyone has advice what to do, please?

Download snow breeze and download iOS 5.1.1 original file and make a custom ipsw in snow breeze but preserve the vaseband and update in iTunes

iPhone 3G is not compatible with iOS 5.1.1!

You need to download your 4.2 IPSW here... http://appldnld.apple.com/iPhone4/06...8_Restore.ipsw. Then create a custom firmware w/ snowbreeze using that IPSW.... then restore via iTunes to that custom IPSW.

Good thing is now the 6.15 baseband is downgradable

Yes 4.2.1 is the highest on iPhone 3G
