That's not at all true. I am neither of those things and I am running it. Try looking around on Google and you will see that your statement is not true.
You surely can install iOS6, but actually, I did, and ever since then my wifi is dropping. It's really annoying.
But maybe it's just my router. But then, all my other other gadgets work.

Plus the iPhone 4 is not even getting all of the iOS 6 updates.. No 3d maps no FaceTime on 3G.. IMO its not even worth upgrading to, not even after its official release

you can get all these updates from cydia but thats another whole story that doesn't plaining ends with iOS 6 not ready for anyone except developers. Just wait like the rest of the public and let apple work to refine their iOS 6.
