Game Center Registration Problem

Hi All,

I'm brand new to Game Center and just tried registering for a game center account for the first time.

During the registration process, I entered my name, birth day, month, and year info, nickname, and my email address (which is also my apple id). Then when I click "Done" I get an error stating that "This email address is already in use by another Game Center account".

But when I go back to just try and log in to Game Center using my email address (apple ID) and password, I get a pop-up message saying that "This Apple ID has not yet been used in Game Center. Tap Continue to set up your account." If I tap "Continue" then I just repeat the process above.

u sure u didnt press Done twice?

I'm sure I didn't press "done" twice. However, I have tried this process multiple times now, always with the same result.

Nope. I'm not entering any incorrect passwords. I use this apple id and password all the time. Any other suggestions?

See if there is a 'Forgot Password' option.

I didn't forget my password. The password is not the issue.
