If you can't afford a Bumper Case or a Fumper to fix your iPhone 4 reception issue, I hope you have a backup plan for your life since it's only about $1. Anyways, here is another fix you could do that will keep you as cool as your Crocs in the workplace!
Recently, people have been trying to come up with all these crazy ideas on how to fix the iPhone 4 reception problem without buying a bumper. I've been getting some emails about this one, so I had to try it out myself, AND IT WORKED! I compared my reception to my Bumper case and to a naked iPhone 4. I call it the "Fumper", but don't let the name fool you.
This is perfect for you if you don't want to spend $30 of a Bumper.
You can get Livestrong Bracelets/Wristbands; 10 for $10 and plus, it donates to cancer. So go $5 and $5 with a friend who is having problems with reception, and you have 5 Fumpers for yourself!
Apple said it would be starting to use iAds in some apps from July 1st, and true to its word, some have already popped up, as detailed by AppleInsider. Two of the early ads are from Dove and Nissan, and AppleInsider says that those two companies are believed to have paid $10 each to be some of the first to advertise their products using iAds, and so they're not being shy about it! Nissan has even issued a video showing off the iAd for its Nissan Leaf electric car, which demos how the iAds work within an app for those of us who have yet to come across them, and which you can view if you follow the AppleInsider link. I like the way it says that it "lives inside the app and doesn't sent you to the browser", like it's a little pet iAd!

As few days ago, Lemmings for the iDevice was completed in 36 Hours. This was a port made by Mobile 1UP, a popular developer and publisher. Today, they received a Cease & Desist letter from Sony, which absorbed Psygnosis(original Lemmings publisher) in 1993. Mobile 1UP has decided to try to work out a deal with Sony where they could possibly buy the rights to the game. This could put a price tag on the game and it could no longer be free
BGR posted a recent article which quotes The Loop's Jim Dalrymple as saying that Apple already has a Verizon compatible (CDMA) iPhone laying around. The problem is that they need to negotiate a deal with Verizon.
This would not be unusual for Apple to design hardware (or software) in advance an anticipation of a release, even if it never sees the light of day. They did this with the intel compatible version of OSX when they switched over from the IBM G4/G5 lineup.
The real problem is negotiating a deal with Verizon. Verizon obviously has had great success with the Android operating system. In addition, they make more profit on the Android handsets as they don't have to cut any type of revenue share deal with HTC or Motorola or anyone else for that matter... and...
